BONUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The offer “Tax Free Deposit” is available only to participants who have received official notification of eligibility within their account.

2. The conditions for playing the offer "Tax Free Deposit" are valid only in the Sports and Live sections.

3. The offer provides a 5% bonus on every deposit .

*Example:

- 1000 KES = 50 KES BONUS

- 2000 KES deposit = 100 KES BONUS

- 4000 KES deposit = maximum 200 KES BONUS

4. The total wagering requirement is three (3) times the sum of the deposit and bonus amounts before any withdrawal can be made.

*Example:

- If a participant deposits 1000 KES and get 50 KES bonus amount as returned deposit TAX. The participant must bet a total of 3000 KES ((950 Deposit + 50 bonus amount) * 3 = 3000) before he can withdraw.

5. Only losing or winning bets count towards the wagering requirements of the bonus. Bets with other statuses, such as: voided, canceled, cashed-out, partially closed, etc., will not count towards the wagering requirements.

6. If there is a cash balance and an active bonus at the same time, the customer will first play with their bonus funds.

7. Receipt of the "Tax Free Deposit" implies that the customer has read and agreed to all additional rules and conditions.

8. "Tax Free Deposit" deposits may only be played in the Sports and Live sections.

9. If, after placing a bet with the deposit and bonus amount, the player declines the offer, the entire deposit and bonus amount, as well as any winnings, shall be deducted from the customer's profile balance.

10. The Organizer reserves the right to change this promotion at any time to correct typographical errors or to make it more understandable for the customer.
