1. These Terms and Conditions govern the additional bonus promotion titled “Spinback” (the “Promotion”).

2. The Promotion is valid from 00:00 on 01.03.2026 until 23:59 on 31.12.2026.

3. Participation in the Promotion is open to all registered users of palmsbet.co.ke, provided that no restrictions on bonus eligibility have been applied by the Organizer.

4. A user qualifies for the Promotion if they record a minimum net real-money loss of 60.00 KES on TUESDAY (00:00–23:59) during the promotional period stated in clause 2, after playing ANY SLOT game.

4.1. The cashback is awarded in the form of Free Spins, each valued at 5.00 KES.

4.2. The maximum number of Free Spins that can be awarded per user is 400 (four hundred).

5. Net Loss Calculation Formula:

Total real-money bets placed - Total real-money winnings

- For every 60 KES of net loss (Bet Cash - Win Cash), the customer receives 1 Free Spin (FS).

- The minimum net loss required to qualify is 60 KES.

Examples:

- A net loss of 120 KES on Tuesday will award 2 Free Spins the following day.

- A net loss of 1200 KES on Tuesday will award 20 Free Spins the following day.

- A net loss of 24000 KES or more on Tuesday will be awarded the maximum of 400 Free Spins the following day.

6. Free Spins can be used exclusively on The Big Chili game in the SLOT → Free Spins section.

7. Free Spins will be credited to eligible players’ accounts every WEDNESDAY and FRIDAY by 12:00 PM (server time).

8. Winnings generated from Free Spins are with wager x1.

8.1. The maximum amount of winnings from the free spins is 20 000 KES.

9. Free Spins must be used within 24 hours from the time they are credited. Unused Free Spins will expire automatically after this period.

10. By participating in the Promotion, players confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as the General Terms and Conditions of the Organizer.

11. Players who do not wish to participate in the Promotion must contact Customer Support before gameplay and request exclusion from the bonus.

12. The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend these Terms to correct typographical errors, enhance clarity, or comply with regulatory requirements. The Organizer may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time. Any such changes will be announced on palmsbet.co.ke or via on-site notification.

Note: We reserve the right to change the conditions of promotions at any time. Participating customers will be informed in a timely manner of any change. Offers for customers are limited to one per person. If the Organizer has reasonable grounds to believe that the offer is claimed by or for the purposes of the same person or group of persons more than once, then the Organizer reserves the right to withdraw any offer from this customer or group of customers and / or cancel any draws made with funds from the offer, and eliminate winnings from such draws. The Organizer reserves the right in case of unscrupulous actions on the part of a player in order to illegally take advantage of the offer, to deduct any positive balance from the gaming account of the participating client, which is received as a result of illegal actions, as well as the amount of possible losses
